Park Rules

Welcome to Stars Over Texas RV Park! To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and relaxing experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you follow these rules during your stay.

Park Rules

Quiet hours must be observed from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful experience for all guests. Please avoid loud radios, disruptive activities, or generators during these hours.

Do not cut through occupied campsites. Use designated paths and roadways to respect the privacy of your camping neighbors.

Keep your campsite tidy and free of trash. Do not leave food or garbage unattended to avoid attracting wildlife.

To prevent the spread of invasive pests, do not move or bring outside firewood.

Fires are only allowed in designated fire rings. Ensure your fire is completely extinguished before leaving or going to bed.

Pet Rules

Pets must be on a leash no longer than 8 feet at all times when outside.

Pets are only permitted in "Common Areas" and not in yards, restrooms, showers, or laundry rooms.

Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets immediately.

Aggressive pets are not tolerated. Persistent barking must be addressed promptly.

Washing pet items in the laundry room is prohibited, with a $100 fine for violations.

Failure to adhere to pet rules may result in eviction from the park.

Abide By Quiet Time at
Your Campground

I know. You’re on vacation. You don’t want to go to bed at 10 pm. You can go to bed whenever you want, but please, for the sake of your camping neighbors, keep it down. That means no radios, drunken shenanigans, or generators during campground quiet hours, which vary depending on the campground.

Respect Your Camping Neighbor’s Space

Don’t cut through occupied campsites for a quicker trip to the the bathroom, and be mindful of your neighbor’s privacy. Stay on traveled paths and roadways so everyone can have the privacy they deserve. If you’re camping with kids, make sure they follow this important camping etiquette rule as well!

Keep Your Campsite
Clean

And most importantly, don’t leave food or garbage unattended. Rodents, birds, and bigger critters are just waiting for the opportunity to vandalize your site and steal your food. Every chance a wild animal gets to devour people food makes it more habituated to those people. Birds become a nuisance, but dangerous animals like coyotes, and even raccoons will sometimes have to be euthanized because they lose their natural fear of humans.

Don’t Move Firewood

Invasive insect species and other parasites are decimating our forests at an alarming rate. These critters don’t discriminate and will hitch a ride on your firewood as they search for their next victims. New infestations often begin in campgrounds and parks, so it’s really crucial that campers respect these regulations.
