By staying with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are in place to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
RV site cancellations are subject to a $20 cancellation fee.
Cabin cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
If you prefer to reschedule rather than cancel, the reservation must be used within the same calendar year.
- 30 days or less before arrival: No refund.
- 31-60 days before arrival: 50% refund, minus the cancellation fee.
- 61 days or more before arrival: Full refund, minus the cancellation fee.
If you fail to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without notifying the office, your reservation will be released at noon the following day, with no refund provided.
Reservations made between Memorial Day and Labor Day cannot be shortened, and full payment is required for all reserved dates.
No refunds are provided for early departures. Weather conditions do not override this policy unless the park is forced to close.
Pet Policy
Pets must always be on a leash when outside. Owners must clean up after their pets.
Certain breeds may be restricted due to insurance policies. Contact the office for approval.
A maximum of two pets are allowed per site.
Prohibited Activities
Charging of electric vehicles is not allowed due to electrical capacity limitations. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Guests are expected to respect their neighbors and park property. Any unruly behavior, excessive noise, or property damage may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Liability
Stars Over Texas RV Park is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ property during their stay.
Guests are responsible for securing their belongings.
The park does not issue refunds due to weather conditions unless the park is officially closed.
Acceptance of Terms
By staying at Stars Over Texas RV Park, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these rules may result in eviction without a refund.
