Pet Policy

Pets cannot be washed on the property, and pet items cannot be cleaned in the laundry room. Violations may result in a $100 fine.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
RV site cancellations incur a $20 cancellation fee. Refunds vary based on when the cancellation is made:
- 30 days or less: No refund
- 31–60 days: 50% refund, minus the minimum charge
- 61 days or more: Full refund, minus the minimum charge.
Cabin cancellations incur a $75 cancellation fee. Refunds follow the same timeline as RV sites.
Yes, rescheduling is allowed within the same calendar year, provided you don’t cancel entirely.
If you don’t notify the office and fail to arrive by your scheduled check-in date, your reservation will be canceled at noon the following day with no refund.
No, early departures are non-refundable. Refunds due to bad weather are only granted if the park is forced to close.
